Haus der Kunst is to present ‘El Anatsui: Triumphant Scale’, the largest survey of the artist’s work presented to the public to date. Alongside his representative work of massive bottle-cap wall sculptures, wood sculptures and wall reliefs, ceramic sculptures, drawings, prints, and books, Anatsui has created new sculptures tailored for Haus de Kunst including an outdoor work which will drape the building’s facade. The exhibition will open on the 9th of March, 2019.
